How do I know if my order was successful?

Order & Returns
What if my order is incorrect or the item is damaged?
At SMEDOR, we have a Zero-Defect Policy. If your order is incorrect or reaches you in a damaged state, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo & video of the item.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days. Specialized or custom manufacturing orders may require additional lead time.
Why does the refund amount exclude delivery?
Shipping fees are paid to our logistics partners for the service rendered. In the event of a standard return (non-faulty items), the refund covers the product cost only.
